Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not available in my location?

Cash on Delivery availability depends on whether our courier partners service your location with CoD support. In some cases, CoD may not be available due to:

  • Courier service limitations in your area
  • Order value exceeding the allowed cash limit for delivery

I need to return an item. How do I arrange a pick-up?
