Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 5 business days from the date on which Kayastha Kitchen (Brand of Kitchen Panchayat) receives the returned goods and verifies the same.

  • For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account provided during the refund process.
  • For prepaid orders made via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or other online methods, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.

Returns Policy

Kayastha Kitchen follows a simple and transparent return policy for products purchased through the online store.

  • Unused products can be returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment is dispatched. Once the order is scheduled for shipment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
